Baxco Pharmaceutical was established in 1996 and quickly became a leader in the competitive world of multivitamins and supplements in Southeast Asia. After years of success, the company redirected its efforts to the United States and Canada and began packaging its products in-house.
CEO Dennis Wong proudly boasts the acquisition of several top-quality pharmaceutical packaging machines from CVC Technologies, a domestic firm located within driving distance from Baxco. “They installed the line at their plant, and it was easy for us to visit them and watch the line run our bottles. Then, they installed the line at our plant and trained our operators,” Mr. Wong added.
In addition to manufacturing products for other companies, Baxco Pharmaceutical both produces and sells its own brand of nutraceutical gel caps and other capsules. A fully integrated computer system enables plant operations to run smoothly and efficiently. The sophisticated equipment produces up to 60 bottles per minute and includes advanced auto-rejection capabilities for broken capsules, incorrect fillings, and more.
